We’re not a big box store, but we stand behind what we build.
If something’s off, we’ll make it right. You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your gear must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at cp@nightopsnation.com—or better yet, reply to your order confirmation and include RETURN in the subject line. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Do not send anything back without contacting us first—those returns won’t be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and shipping instructions. Return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Check your order when it arrives. If something’s wrong—damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—email us immediately. We’ll get it sorted fast.
What Can’t Be Returned
We don’t accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Limited Release Items
Got a question about your item? Reach out before ordering—we’ll shoot you straight.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Just let us know what you’re after when you reach out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks can be slow—if it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, email us at cp@nightopsnation.com.
What if my return or refund is denied?
If your return doesn’t meet the conditions—like if it’s worn, washed, damaged, or sent back without approval—we may have to deny the refund or exchange.
If that happens, we’ll let you know why and give you the option to have the item sent back to you (at your expense) or donated.
We stand by our gear, but we’re a small shop doing things the right way—not a big-box factory. Thanks for understanding.
